How to get rid of Cellulite

CELLULITE.
Symptoms:
Cellulite appears on the skin’s surface as areas of mattress like bulging and puckering, and upper arms. The skin feels tight and tender upon pinching. Do not confuse cellulite with cellulites, an infection of the skins connective tissue.
Causes:
Poor elimination of toxins, especially in the lymphatic system, plays a role in the establishment of cellulite. This is often due to a very low intake of fluids, related to chronic constipation or the result of an overall poor diet. Cellulite affects the tissue containing fat cells, which lies just beneath the skins surface. Since the distribution of fat is quite different both among women and between the sexes, individual make up plays a large role in the development of cellulite. Sudden weight gain causes cellulite to appear more obvious, therefore, reducing body fat through exercise and proper nutrition is important in preventing and shrinking cellulite.
Nutrition:
The only effective nutritional therapy for cellulite is gradual weight loss to slim the subcutaneous fat layer. Crash diets must absolutely be avoided. They are often the cause of cellulite build up in the first place. The main element in the diet should be high fibre foods, such as fresh and raw vegetables, potatoes, legumes, whole grains and brown rice. These complex carbohydrates are satisfying and their fiber content causes them to be passed quickly through the intestines so that less toxic material is absorbed. Eat as many raw, green vegetables as desired. Some unsweetened dairy products, eggs, fish and meat can be eaten, but only in small amounts as an accompaniment to vegetables and grains. Vegetables have a high potassium and low salt content which helps to reduce water retention. Eliminate saturated fats and excess protein found in meats, sausages and hydrogenised fats such as margarine and refined oils from the diet. Use only unrefined, cold pressed vegetable oils such as flax, pumpkin or walnut oil in salads dips or sauces. Sweet foods, white flour products such as cakes, cookies and white bread, preserved foods, ketchup, commercial salad dressing and sweetened yogurt must be avoided. Drink plenty of water, herb teas or unsweetened and diluted vegetable and fruit juices to aid the elimination of waste products.
Nutritional Supplements:
Regular use of kelp in combination with apple cider vinegar or concentrated liquid whey is great for assisting weight reduction. Chromium should also be added to regulate blood sugar so that it is not converted into fat.
Herbal Remedies:
The pancreas influences fat metabolization, so it is important to keep this organ functioning properly. Many natural ingredients prepared as tinctures and massaged into the skin improve cellulite skin appearance and stimulate the pancreas.
